Our consultancy process is straightforward and we always go at the pace that suits you.

The process involves:

• An initial meeting at your premises to discuss your requirements. We'll talk about what you know best...your products or services and which audiences you are aiming to reach.
• If you already have a website, we can discuss how well it's working for you and what could improve.
• If you don't have a Search Engine Optimisation procedure already in place, we'll discuss the options available to you.
• We will then prepare a detailed proposal for your consideration, including all costs and a timetable for when your website will be ready.
• We will arrange to meet with you again to go through the proposal and make any further adjustments.
• If you decide to proceed, we'll complete the order paperwork, discuss what website address you wish to purchase, or the transfer arrangements for your existing website.
• We take only 50% deposit with the order and the balance when everything is to your satisfaction and the site is ready to go live!
• Biz will keep you informed every step of the way and gain your approval for the design, look and feel of your website at various stages.
• Depending on the complexity of your website, it will take about 6-8 weeks to develop from the date of order. For very straightforward brochure sites, it can be much quicker.
• Before your website goes live, we will arrange to train you on the use of the Content Management System (CMS) which comes with every Biz website accept brochure websites, so that you can keep your website fresh and up to date. This is done in-house, at your premises and at a time that suits you.
• Alternatively, if you want us to do the updating for you, we can arrange that at a very reasonable cost, otherwise you can add text, images and edit your website yourself using the full power of your CMS.
• When everything is ready, we'll arrange for the website to go live and give you some advice on how to let your customers know and promote it more widely. Biz Web Design are experts at driving traffic to your website!
